Feminism- same old fight?

Feminism- same old fight?
Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg relabels the concept as Lean In. She says women should go for that top position and don’t hold back. It is true that few women climb all the way the top of the corporate structure; however the finger pointing goes in every direction; from its woman’s attitude that sets up
their own internal barriers to corporate policy to cultural attitudes. There is an alternative to the corporate structure: the industry of Relationship Marketing which is the fastest growing industry in the world. It is not wonder: in recent history, more millionaires are produced from this industry than any other. Enter Nerium International, founded in the fall of 2011. By the end of 2012, there were dozens of women making six figure incomes and driving Lexus’s- the car Nerium International choose for their car program. A peek into the average week of these women found them: being their own boss, with the ability to earn unlimited income. They are not working the typical corporate 60-80 hour work week. They have multiple tax deductions from owning their business that they work from home, thus saving the commute and gas. Nerium producers a residual income that grows over time and they can will this business income to whom they choose, they can work their business around their family obligations, they can take a day off when they want to, and they can choose their own work hours. The culture of Nerium International is a culture of family- a loving caring sharing family of like-minded people who support and celebrate each other’s successes. It is a complete paradigm shift from traditional careers paths.
